Please read these important venue policies carefully before booking your event. These rules ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

All guests and event organizers must review and agree to comply with these policies before booking. Violation of these policies may result in loss of security deposit and/or immediate event termination.

Noise & Music Policy

Noise, boisterous activity, including music must be inside venue by 11:00 p.m. with doors closed after 11:00 p.m.

                    IMPORTANT: If any noise complaints are received after 11:00 p.m., all music will need to be discontinued immediately.

Parking Policy

Cars must be parked in designated graveled area(s). Handicap-parking is provided, to the right side entrance of the barn.

No parking on or near: bridge, driveway or road. Cars cannot park directly in front of the venue or in the grass to the (left) of barn by the smoking area.

                    PENALTY: If at any time cars are parked in the restricted areas a photo will be taken of the vehicle and there will be a fee of $150.00 taken from the security deposit.

Alcohol Policy

Service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited due to insurance policy. The Lessee must agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal ordinances, statutes, laws, and regulations.

DoveTail Acres forbids the service of alcohol to minors and to anyone located on the property.

                    LIABILITY NOTICE: The sobriety of all guests/attendees is the responsibility of lessee. Should the lessee/guest(s) drink alcohol, then the lessee takes complete responsibility for the consumption of alcohol and cannot hold DoveTail Acres responsible for any accidents, damages, fines or injuries.

Trash & Cleanup Policy

All trash will be taken and disposed of by the lessee.

Please ensure all areas are cleaned and all trash is removed at the end of your event.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted outside of the building, to the left of barn. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

                    STRICTLY ENFORCED: Do not leave any tobacco products on the ground or premises. If they are found on the property the deposit will be forfeited.
